• a link to the Information Portal of NGOs in Bulgaria, as well as links to other websites.
2.2 Every USER has access to the materials uploaded to the site.
2.3 The Bulgarian Center for Non-Profit Law is not responsible for any losses, direct, indirect or consequential damages and lost profits, as a result of or in connection with the use of the Page or the temporary inability to access/use the Page.
2.4 The technology and design of the Page may be changed without prior notice.
2.5 The page reserves the right to send users system messages related to changes in the terms and conditions of its use.
2.6 The advertisers are solely responsible for the content of all advertisements appearing on the site, as well as for the trademarks they refer to.

3.1 When using the resources subject to these General Terms and Conditions, the USER has access to a variety of content that may be subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights. All intellectual property rights on the information resources and materials published on the site (news and current information, author's photos and video materials, opinions, analyses, proposals for legislative changes and publications) are subject to protection under the current Copyright Act and its related rights, and their unregulated use constitutes a violation of the law and entails civil, administrative and criminal liability in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation.
3.2 The use of materials from the Page is permitted only when their source is correctly indicated.
